No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of flowers and floral arrangements, KaBloom does not offer refunds on any orders once placed.
Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind by the User
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the User
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery
- Minor variations in flower color, size, or arrangement due to seasonal availability
- Delivery delays caused by factors beyond KaBloom's reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure events
Quality and Substitution Disclaimer
Flowers are natural products and may vary in appearance. In certain cases, substitutions of flowers or wrapping materials of equal or greater value may be made to ensure timely delivery. Such substitutions shall not qualify for a refund.
