Privacy of Children on Our website

KaBloom requires that children under the age of 18 use our service only in conjunction with their parents or guardians.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. You may be eligible for a replacement bouquet or a refund if the wrong item was delivered, delivered late, damaged, defective or the bouquet does not meet our 7-Day freshness guarantee. If you think you are eligible, please contact customer service at 1-(800) 552-5666 or customerservice@kabloomcorp.com. Replacement bouquets cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
